Senior Vice President, Brand Management and Marketing Services, Scotiabank
In July 2014, Brent Currie was appointed Senior Vice President, Brand Management and Marketing Services, at Scotiabank. He leads the team that oversees consistent execution of Scotiabank’s global brand and media strategy and is responsible for developing its global digital marketing strategy. His team is also the global Centre of Expertise for marketing support services such as consumer insights, brand and advertising research, creative, production, direct marketing, digital marketing and event planning. Brent joined Scotiabank in 2000 as Director, Wealth Management Database Marketing and has held various Vice President positions since, including Segment Marketing, Toronto West District, Core Deposits and Payments, Branch Customer Experience and Global Marketing. Brent earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and his Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He joined the RMHC Toronto Board in 2016.
