More than 95% of the families who used our House and in-hospital Family Rooms in 2018 said they were very satisfied with their experience.

Getting feedback from families is important to us.
Every family we support is invited to fill in an online survey once they get home or once their child is discharged from the hospital. We encourage them to give us as much feedback as possible.
“Families give us great ideas and suggestions and feedback that is both positive and constructive. We welcome it all, because it makes us better and improves the experience for other families just like theirs,” says Sally Ginter, CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto.
